**5 STAR**EXCELLENT SERVICE**PROFESSIONAL**I found Pask's Removals after doing an online search for local Removal Firms in the S.E London area. Having contacted a few in the area, Pask's were the speediest and most efficient in getting back to me and organising a video survey the same day. During the video call I took the very knowledgable Josh around my 3 bed garden house and with his amazing attention to detail he was able to accurately identify the large, delicate and valuable furniture and how best to carefully wrap them for transport. The quote was very competitive and reasonable and there were no hidden fees. Amazingly, Pask's Removals were able to accommodate my move to the coast with just one weeks notice. Happy Days! Leading up to the move day, the communication was fantastic. There were frequent checks to see how the packing was getting on, plus I received useful links and short video's giving tips on how best to pack. Any questions was readily answered. On the move day, 3 Luton vans and a team of 5 arrived. It was clear they had a plan which was executed perfectly as they swiftly and skillfully stacked the van, exercising due care and attention with all my things. Artwork, mattresses, large electricals and fragile pieces were securely protected. Every single member of the team worked hard, worked well and worked together to get things moving methodically within a limited timeframe. In addition to that, you could see that they have a great relationship and their uplifting personalities created a space for calm on what would usually be a stressful situation. All my boxes and items arrived in Herne Bay in good time and their solid work ethic continued as they unloaded the van and placed the furniture and boxes in the designated areas around the new property. It was a very tough day but Pask's Removals made it seem like light work. Brilliant aftercare service too, as they even check on you to see how you've settled in. These guy's are simply FANTASIC!!!. I would easily use them again. **100% RECOMMEND!!**
This is the second time I've used these guys and again it was another great experience! Josh Pask is so kind, polite and accommodating, he's a real life saver!The guys who moved me were so friendly right from the get go, and just generally really pleasant to be around. They were on time, worked hard the whole day and took care of my stuff. Couldn't ask for more than that. And their prices are so reasonable! Great company. 😊
I'm not usually one to write reviews but the guys at Pask's are more than worthy of one! From the initial quote to when they left me in my new home, they have been amazing and a real pleasure to know and work with. Such warmth and friendliness is just what I needed when moving as it can be a stressful experience, but I can honestly say that I experienced no stress at all and trusted Pask's 100%. Josh and the team moved everything so fast and my fragile Ikea furnitures all arrived without any marks or damages. For I underestimated all efforts and number of boxes, I also added one big furniture to move, and while I was panicking, they moved everything nicely. I should have asked for the packing service as well now I think about it. I hesitated first but I liked the video call for estimation which was very useful. Josh checked me up before and after the move which was quite helpful to remind me of packing and reminding me of where I put things in the last minute (I forgot and couldn't remember) Whilst the moving for me was very stressful, it was a pleasant moving experience thanks to friendly and strong (very) Pask team!
A great experience from start to finish. After receiving some outrageously expensive quotes from a few companies, I checked my local Facebook group for recommendations and came across Pask’s removals. Within a few hours of enquiring I had already spoken to Josh about our needs and he was super understanding of our situation (buying and selling in a chain). After a quick call, I had a very reasonable quote for a removals service. I had already half packed by then so didn’t require packing service but it’s there if you need itI was reassured along the way and they were very understanding as the parking situation near our flat was a royal pain but they found a solution without a fuss. The guys turned up very promptly on the day and just got on with the job and were really friendly and reassuring on a very stressful day.Our goods were taken care of and the contents of our flat were in great condition after a long drive. thanks again Josh and the team and I highly recommend, especially if you’re a bit anxious of moving around, in or out of London.
