I love Pastest it's the best medical exam app that I ever tried. The questions are carefully designed to cover the high yield points in each subject. The cases chosen are typical and informative but also with the right amount of trickiness. The "past papers" mode is just a lifesaver for me because I can practice on mock exams within limited time with it. Overall a fantastic and user friendly tool to get you prepared for your exams. I reached out to the support team regarding these concerns but didn't receive a satisfactory response. The most enjoyable question bank I used allowed for subject-based reviews without the need to create a question block each time. After completing my revisions, I could easily generate multiple mock tests. If this feature could be incorporated, it would greatly enhance the learning experience.

The question bank is quite good. However, the podcast functionality within the app is lacking. There are glitches when scrolling, causing the list to jump to the top. Each podcast is 300MB to download, which feels excessive. Additionally, the app should allow background playback of podcasts when not actively using it. The podcasts also seem outdated, referencing 'recent' guidelines from over a decade ago.
The website has several issues. I can't access the 3D images in the question bank while solving. Additionally, I can't continue my mock tests if I leave and start a new question bank. If a new question bank is initiated, the previous one becomes inaccessible.
I'm utilizing the exam essentials lectures and have gained extensive knowledge from them. I previously used the question bank and essentials course for part 1 and successfully cleared it on my first attempt. The question bank is excellent for rapid learning, and the essentials lectures are superb for revision and clarification of concepts.
I appreciate the content, but the overall design is not as appealing. It needs updates to enhance aesthetics, such as color coding and bars. The current layout is unappealing, which is why many users are transitioning to alternatives that are easier to navigate.
