This is difficult one, the park has a lot of rides, is spacious with beautiful gardens and animals. However I can not believe the price for a child who is 4 years old is same as adults. So we measured our daughter before attending and she was under 1 metre tall , however when we attended the entry, the male staff was she’s slightly over and was rude and abrupt. We explained we had measured her the night before, so we were advised to attend customer service. The lady behind customer service was polite and she even suggested flat shoe. We didn’t so only option was to pay full price for a 4 year old. Once in the park i noticed the following:1. Certain rides stated age restriction than height 2. Where there was height restriction my 4 year old was too small to go on the rides As a customer who paid full price for a child ticket aged 4, I expected the child to be allowed on all the rides as that was what we paid for. Therefore this has left me very dissatisfied with my experience. Every child grows differently, therefore how can this park compare height to age. Other theme parks such as Alton Tower prices are based on your child’s age not height. This park is definitely not value for money if you have a toddler.
We love paultons park i have been coming since I was a kid and my 2 grown up children loved it. I no visit with my 7 year old and decided to get an annual pass. Definitely worth the money for us as we are only a 40min drive away. Soooo much to do my advice would be to do peppa pig world last on busy days. But we recently went on 5th Oct and no waiting times
Normally would be 5 star for Paultons parkBut today staff members in the peppa pig shop were very rude unwelcoming and just not pleasant at all ! To busy gossiping to even take notice of me trying to pay ask a question and when paying jumping back into conversationsWith the other staff members on the tills who were ignoring paying customers
Couldn't fault this park, can't wait to go back as soo much I didn't get the chance to go on. My toddler loved it too, we went on the way back from our first holiday to Cornwall and she was none stop going on about visiting Peppa Pig World, as I discussed going. So I caved and booked it the night before the journey home. Well worth the money to see my daughters excitement.
