Paulton’s Park – A Family Favourite That Never DisappointsHaving visited Paulton’s Park many times over the years, it holds a very special place in our family. We’ve watched our children grow up here, gradually working their way through the attractions and rides as their confidence and daring increased – and that journey has been an absolute joy to be part of.What strikes you every single time is the consistently high standard the park maintains. It is immaculately clean throughout, well kept, and clearly a source of pride for the people who run it. The staff are unfailingly friendly and helpful, which makes a real difference to the overall experience. Even the car park is well organised and easy to navigate – a small thing, perhaps, but one that sets the tone for a stress-free day from the moment you arrive. The rides cater brilliantly for a wide range of ages and appetites for adventure, and queue times are generally very manageable. The toilets – always a telling sign of how seriously a venue takes its visitors – are clean and well distributed around the park.If we are being particularly honest, we would love to see a few more healthy food options and perhaps a better coffee offering, but we are really clutching at straws on that one.Yes, the admission price is on the higher side, but Paulton’s Park absolutely earns it. The quality, care, and attention to detail across every aspect of the park is evident, and we leave every visit already looking forward to the next one. We would recommend it wholeheartedly to any family.
Me and my children love coming to paultons park, at least twice a year were there, staff very helpful and kind, plenty of toilets smoking areas, and very clean and tidy place, the rides are amazing, I love The Flight of the Pterosaur me and my children favourite ride, plenty of food to offer also, and plenty to buy in the gift shops, I would like to see more vending machines around but always a great place to go to, only negative is the shop keepers watch your every move when browsing in the shop and I always pay never stole in my life, but apart from that great day .
A fantastic day, sooooo much to do and not enough time to do it in. Today we got lucky and queue times were reasonable, I think this makes a massive difference to the amount of fun had instead of stood for hours with kiddies queuing all day after spending nearly £200 for a family of 4 to have a fun day out. Food was good but expensive for lunch for 4 of us including 3 ice creams as pudding =£60 so definitely worth bringing a picnic if you dont want the added cost. The whole place and yes even the toilets were super clean and all staff have been very friendly. Having that option of paying an extra £10 to enable you to change your date when booking was also a great opportunity to time our visit well with the weather 🙂
Wow…where to begin. My daughter was turning 2 and she absolutely LOVES Peppa pig, I was apprehensive looking at the prices of the tickets but realised it was not just Peppa Pig World it was an actual Theme Park, so the price are reasonable. With other rides on site this allowed my 11 year old to enjoy rides as well as my 2 year old in Peppa Pig World. There was 9 of us that went, and we can honestly say we had an incredible day! My daughter got to see Peppa & George and she was blown away by them. Peppa and the staff saw my daughter step back at first so they retreated to allow my daughter to adjust to Peppa, this was absolutely incredible from your staff to listen to children’s body languages and allow the children to become comfortable with the characters, Well Done. After this my daughter was high fiving and blowing kisses to Peppa and George and I got some wonderful photos. She then met Mummy Pig, Daddy Pig & Evie and again was blown away by them. There are regular timings with the characters which allowed all the children the opportunity to meet them. The staff were bubbly and so friendly so credit to your staff. There was an offer for 2 days and I thought we would not need it but to be honest I would have definitely come back the next day had I have known how brilliant it was ! I will definitely visit again, 2 days later and my 2 year old is still talking about Peppa & George and loves seeing the videos and photos from her birthday here. Would highly recommend Paultons Park and thank you for a brilliant day!
I was absolutely appalled with paultons park and Peppa pig worlds, the height restriction is an absolute joke, my daughter is 2 but tall for her age so doesn’t have mental capacity for all the rides but yet was charged 46 pound for her on arrival, bare in mind we didn’t use the ticket the day before as I know this isn’t there fault but broke down on motor way half hour away, AA took so long to get to us we missed the first day. I paid all together for the weekend £240 for a family of 3 to be charged for 2 days extra on arrival due to my daughters height who I measured at home with no shoes on and was just under. Emails back and forth would of been ok but I feel they are very patronising as someone with ADHD I am disgusted with your park and procedures and won’t be coming back ever again even though you have offered me a free ticket back as we didn’t use the 1 day as I will not spend any more money at that place and will be advising all family and friends to NOT go to Peppa pig world as it is just a money making scheme, these kids are toddlers not only that my daughter found it difficult to wait in the ques so wernt there long at all
Absolutely love Paultons Park! It’s incredible to go to a park so immersive, themed and decorated so beautifully and thoroughly. The range of rides and ages covered is incredible. The fact that there are these big and almost intimidating rides, safely provided for children as young as 4 for our little thrill seekers makes my life! It’s so fun for all ages. The soft play is brilliant and sectioned so well; the range of foods is great!! There is the water splash pad area, at least four parks, the soft play, animal and avery viewing, the gardens and lots of non-ride entertaining things. The value for money for a photo pass is amazing if you book an overnight, you literally get a 3 day photo pass for £40 with unlimited digital access and 5 printed things! That’s amazing. It’s so rare to find somewhere that’s so immersive, as mentioned the themes are fantastic, consistent and so well done. The only thing I can compare the tornado springs area to, is a Disney park - the design is just brilliant. The park is immaculate. Incredibly clean all over, despite rarely seeing the team maintaining this. The gardens, plants, greenery and animal areas are designed beautifully and so well kept through all seasons. It blows my mind. Even the Paultons Uniforms are really smart and the colours are lovely.
