If you're disabled don't bother

As other guests have stated their Queue assist is not fit for purpose. I had Queue assist booked via their website using my access card. I paid full price for my ticket, did not apply for Essential Companion for a carer and 50% off the cost of the ticket.I was told as a 38yr woman I had to have an adult sat next to me on a ride. For someone who has invisible disabilities and disabilities that are exacerbated by certain things - standing/sitting for long periods - being one of them. I lodged a complaint to Paultons asking for the Senior Manager's, who they kept quoting in their emails to me, to ring me and they just stopped replying to my complaint. Told me how it wasn't discriminatory as they were following Health and Safety but this wasn't the nature of my complaint. But its not one size fits all for disabilities. Also told me that there was nothing that could be done however staff told me something different.Their Queue assist needs looking over and maybe input from actual people who require such services rather than someone reading book and making sure they are covered legally.I have never experienced such embarrassment and humiliating treatment. Made to feel like I was unable to enjoy things. They started quoting rides at me in the email. The fact is, they just don't care.Keep saying in their emails hope to see me back- generic copy and paste response.

Fun For All!

We travelled a very long way to visit this park based on what we had heard about it online, and thanks to the pay monthly option, we were able to take our little ones for this day out, and it was so worth it! More places should offer this payment option as it allows everyone to have a chance to experience these days out as not everione can afford upwards of £120 (depending on family size) in one go. We all had such a good day as there was SO MUCH to do and we were there all day but yet still missed a few things so definitely want to go back one day. Lots for all age groups to enjoy and the park itself was so clean and all the staff were happy and friendly. The toilet facilities were some of the best I've seen in an amusement park too, so that's a huge plus! 😄 Great day out. Fun for all the family.

A great day out!

We haven’t been to Paultons park for a few years, my son is 8 and Autistic, so visiting busy attractions is always a gamble! However we had a fantastic time at Paultons park, all staff were so friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about the wheelchair wristband ,the changing spaces facility was amazing, a fantastic melt down free day was had by all!!

Fantastic day out for our family

Fantastic day out for our family. Clean, well maintained, rides to suit everyone, friendly and helpful staff. Sadly i wasn't aware i needed to pre book ride access passes so I wasn't able to go on any rides and with my family. Very happy with the food options, prices and quality too! Im coeliac and there was plenty of options for me. Definitely worth doing the photo pass. Thank you paultons park

WOULD NOT BE BACK TO POORTONS PARK

Upon arrival male member of staff shouting and screaming at a female member of staff in a packed car park having a dispute about where fully grown adults were parking there cars as if the customers are not able to make a conscious decision on where to park there car. It makes you wonder how people get on outside in the big bad world independently parking there cars beyond the gates of Paultons If you have a disagreement take it to the staff room as Im here to enjoy myself not listen to your rude staff member being abusive and belittling other staff. Queues for the rides were horrendous 30-40 mins wait time. The peppa pig characters are disengaging and disinterested which made me wonder if the staff could actually see out of the costumes as they seem totally unaware of the children waving from all directions like something similar to a Mexican wave. My young son was eager for the meet and greet of peppa pig characters to find that the military style checkpoint from the staff member manning the gate said no its closed, too late. That's fine and my son was polite and compliant like a good citizen but we then witnessed several other children rush to where the characters were without being challenged. Did write to the CEO Richard Mancey to voice my dissatisfaction but its obvious he has no time for us paying customers and will not reply as he's far to busy on his luxury yacht counting his money. Instead you get the automated from a script response from the nameless customer services department making excuses with no real meaningful conclusion to your complaint because they don't really care and neither does Richard. I DO NOT WANT FREE TICKETS AS I WOULD NEVER RETURN TO YOUR PARK, IT IS NOT DISABILITY FRIENDLY!

Overall it was a great experience but the queue waiting time was long, and food choice was not great. Food and drinks prices were ridiculous, paid almost £20 for a burrito, chips and a bottle of Pepsi. The staff was polite and helpful.
