Easy to order online. Because my item was not in stock, Pavers sourced it from one of their stores which was very pleasing. Unfortunately the updates stopped after notification that it was on the way to the store for me to collect. However, it arrived immediately once I had referred to Customer Services. Staff at the store when I collected the item were very helpful and friendly.
