Great bargains if you have the time to search. So much choice but difficult to find a team member to help you when you can't find the second part of a pair,even after a 20 minute search. I would have made 2 purchases instead of one.

more lightweight pair of shoes with spring now here.
These fit the bill,water resistant with a very supporting fit.
I also find I need a slightly wider fitting and allows me to wear appropriate socks. Perfect
Pavers gave me an amazing amount of choices for wellingtons, it was almost hard to choose! Being a big dog lover, I had to go with Padders with dog paw print all over. Extremely comfortable and easy to get on and off which is really important for me, as I have Osteo & Rheumatoid Arthritis all over. These boots also look good which is another plus, especially when I have to go shopping straight after the dogs’ walk. Waterproof ~ comfortable ~ look good = best buy for me! I have wide feet and these are a good width ~ can even put in an orthotic insole if needed. Someone said about getting used to the heel but it hasn’t bothered me at all.
Ordered a pair of Barbour short wellies because they had a zip at the back which I need since having back surgery. On arrival it turns out the zips were decorative. I rang Pavers, they apologised & said they would change the description so that in future customers would know the zips were for decoration only. I was told I should return the boots & once I had my received my conformation email from EVRI contact them again & they would authorise my refund. I did that & was told that no, a refund would take 14 days! I've never had to wait 14 days for a refund, basically Pavers are holding onto my money for as long as they possibly can!
I love the choice at the Pavers Malvern store and today I visited to return a pair of ankle boots that had a fault with the uppers. I would have liked a replacement pair of the same boots and the sales assistant tried to locate a pair online. When that wasn't possible he offered a refund but also showed me several pairs of alternative boots. He was incredibly helpful and patient while I deliberated and tried boots on and offered useful information about the materials and tips on care. In addition, he gave me a complimentary discount voucher. I was very impressed by such great service and came away with not just an exchange pair but also a new purchase. I didn't note the young man's name but my receipt ref is 347/01/101383 so I hope Pavers can recognise and thank him for providing great service, it was very much appreciated.
It was an absolute pleasure to visit Pavers. I was lucky enough to have help from the assistant manager, who couldn’t have done more for me. It was very tiring to try and manoeuvre my wheelchair; no problem as the assistant manager went and looked at items for me. She then put the slippers on for me. There was no pressure at all to buy and she was so helpful, pointing out pros and cons of each item. I found her to be very knowledgeable too. I’ll definitely be visiting the store again.
I was extremely happy with the delivery time however wide boots were sent and these aren’t what I ordered. There are some scratches which I understand is the leather however there is an awful dent in the front of the left foot.
Ordered a pair of slip ins on Feb 9th had a discount for next day delivery still waiting for delivery have cancelled order now very poor customer service stopped replying to my emails so no choice but to cancel
