I received a call from Callum Forbutt as I was due an upgrade, Callum was patient with me and went through various options. Smooth transition and phone will be arriving tomorrow. Excellent service

Poor customer service experience

Had an email to state my contract was coming to an end and they will call me. They did indeed call me , but sounded like the guys was taking a dump , informed him I am interested in upgrading but I couldn’t hear him . He promptly hung up and. Didn’t call back . Guess I won’t be doing any upgrade or recommendations with phonehouse.

Very Rude and harassing people

Soon as I said I didn’t need another phone contact the lady starts swearing with All abuse words and she said I should give my hand to dog to eat and she used them word bl**** fuc**** I will take it to further she can’t decide what should buy and what not call from +44 20 3154 3307

Sinead was fantastic!! Such a breath of fresh air. So positive and bubbly, incredibly helpful and could not have been more accommodating. Could not recommend enough! Absolutely brilliant!

Really poor service

Really poor service: avoid!Did not swap my old number on to new phone, added expensive insurance even though I asked them not to, failed to deliver on the day organised and did not add the spending cap to the billing as arranged during the order.
