Cannot reach this company to cancel…

Cannot reach this company to cancel subscription.the phone number they give you is not active. the website they have does not work on mobile. the contact form once you get in on a computer says they'll reach out to you and they don't I am very upset. going to have to just cancel my credit card that's associated with this and refuse the packages. very upset!

I have canceled my order and still…

I have canceled my order and still receiving the orders and now having to pay for the return to get some kind of refund for the orders I didn't want was canceled and still receiving 2 months ago do not recommend it to anyone who is trying to help their animals health issues. They have given me hard time since I started my sub and not being fair to customers. Also wanted to charge me 5 dollars cancelation fee to end my subscription!!! Unbelievable

Cat did not like it, and refused to eat anything that was topped with Dinovite. However, the dogs seem to like it.

No customer service

No customer service! They charge you and do not care about you or your dog. They make it hard to use your points and they do not care about their quality of products!

my dog would not eat it no matter how i mixed it. i cancelled and they still sent it to me. i tried to return it and they would not accept any returns or refund my money....

No customer service

No customer service! No way to reach them! Their email is gone with their customer service! Do not start a subscription with them because they will not stop even when you can reach them! But you can't reach them anymore!BEWARE!

They force you into autoship auto pay

They force you into autoship/autopay. If you don’t want it, you have to cancel. I purchased the “free” trial sample for $9 shipping for a bag that was 4oz. They don’t answer their phones and take over an hour to respond in chat. Then the response in chat is to call them. Circle nightmare! Product may be good but my dog wouldn’t eat it. They did cancel my forced subscription by a very cold email that simply stated Cancelled. I’m waiting to see if they credit my credit card.
