I was searching for a way to transfer funds from one platform to a credit card. After registering with the service, I found out that there is a fee for receiving a physical card in EUR, as the virtual card is only available in USD. Additionally, they impose a monthly maintenance fee regardless of whether the card is used or not. I also noticed that the conversion fee for USD to EUR is 4%, which seems excessive. I will not use this service again.

I've been asked for extensive proof of address and identity documents, only to have them arbitrarily reject certain documents. I've spent over $200 on translations for this inadequate service, and now I’m receiving dismissive responses from the support team, who clearly haven’t understood my messages.
