Regrettably, I can no longer use the payment service. I thought I made a small purchase from a seller, but I unknowingly enrolled in a monthly subscription for €49.95. This practice is reportedly common with this seller, as indicated by numerous negative reviews. While my bank refunded the amount, the seller contested the claim, and unfortunately, the payment service sided with them. Now, I must pay €49.95 to continue using the service. It seems that the payment service does not acknowledge the seller's questionable practices. Getting in touch with a real representative via email or contact form is quite challenging; only an AI bot is available. Additionally, I cannot close my account due to this alleged outstanding amount. Thankfully, there are many alternative payment options, so I will cease using this service moving forward. In summary: the payment service appears to support questionable sellers, and their customer support is not accessible in a meaningful way.

Now I must pay €49.95 to continue using PayPal. Sadly, the service does not seem to recognize the seller as fraudulent. It's very difficult to reach a real person at PayPal; only an AI bot is available. I cannot close my account due to this supposed outstanding amount. Thankfully, there are many alternative payment methods, so I will stop using PayPal. In short: PayPal supports fraudulent companies, and their customer service is inaccessible.
I ordered a product through a payment service, but it turned out to be a scam. The seller sent a piece of paper instead of the item I ordered, which allowed the order to show as shipped, even though I didn't receive anything. I contacted the service through their messaging platform, but they showed no interest. It seems they continue to work with this seller and possibly others like them!
On January 9, I found my transaction and emailed the details. After two weeks of trying to resolve the issue with the seller, the transaction vanished, making it impossible to file a complaint. On January 23, I provided a bank statement as requested, but I've been ignored for four days. This experience has taught me to avoid this payment service and any unscrupulous sellers.
