I ordered a package of 40 boxes that arrived within 48 hours, which was impressive. However, when I ordered more, they didn’t arrive after a week. I reached out to the support team, who provided a tracking number indicating the boxes were still at the depot. Three weeks later, the courier confirmed they were lost. After requesting a refund, which was agreed upon, I still haven't received it over two months later, and my emails are being ignored. After posting a review, I finally received my refund, so I'm settling on 3 stars.
