Difficult Tax Filing Experience

I submitted my tax information to the provided address and reached out multiple times, but they continue to claim they haven't received it. Communication over the phone is challenging. I hope this serves as a warning for others. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING this service. I've been a customer for years without issues until now. All I wanted was to file my taxes.

I appreciate that my only cost is the monthly fee since the terminal automatically calculates the customer fee. Outstanding Experience!

Initially, I was skeptical after reading some reviews, but a local agent explained the new pricing model and really won me over. The pricing is transparent; I only pay a monthly fee, which covers my equipment for life. If anything happens, they replace it overnight, and I get free upgrades. Previously, I paid a significant percentage with my last processor, but this new technology automatically adjusts the transaction, allowing customers to pay the fee. It's fantastic to see those savings reflected in my pocket each month. I highly recommend this service!

Customer Fees Added

The service simply adds fees to the customer's transaction and does not function well. You will incur a monthly fee for the service and an additional charge for the terminal upon cancellation. It's much better to manually add charges for credit card transactions through a more reputable service.

Nightmare Experience!

This organization has caused me significant frustration and financial loss. From the start, the equipment arrived poorly packaged, and attempts to correct my profile led to endless confusion. They required a fax to a nonexistent department, and I was passed around with no resolution. Despite my stated income, they set an arbitrary limit and froze my funds after initial transactions. Getting my money released required an exhausting effort, and even after verifying my account, nothing changed. Ultimately, I received much less than what I earned, with vague adjustments cited. My requests for clarity go unanswered. We are considering filing complaints and possibly pursuing legal action against this service. Avoid at all costs!
