Withdrawn money from my coral account that I won on the horses had to get it paid through this joke of a company that decided it would just keep my £445 pounds for itself avoid like the plague customer service useless unless u can talk Indian just get told u will get a email in 24hrs 10 days later still no payment Im going to trading standards about it they r just robbing people and getting away with it do not withdraw through these infact don’t use this company for anything just a load of scammers
Day 5, still no contact no update. Customer service is soo rude STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! SCAMMERS Day 3 update still no update from paysafe, they have had the funds and are not sending them onto us. Betting website are aware and im going to make all other operators aware. This company is scamming people !!!! TO ALL BETTING COMPANIES OUT THERE!!!! SCAMMERS DONT USE!!!!!!! This company hasn't paid many of its customers. Quick enough taking your money. I'm going to reach out to every company it uses. SCAMMERS!!!!! Been back on phone this morning had a rude women that just kept telling me no and talking over me. Asked for more personal details, scammers and fruad. Anyone that has experienced the same thing I would go through your bank and request all funds you have ever paid through you bank to paysafe back. Why should they benefit from taking money when they cant pay it back out.
If I could rate no stars that's what it would be. As a new small business owner after them contacting me I decided to give it a try. The worst and biggest costly mistake I ever made. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy after such horrible costly experience.

I have been a major merchant producing representative in the Electronic Payment space for 13+ years and have boarded close to 1,000 merchants over that time frame. In short, I've boarded, by necessity and request, merchants desiring to use Clover Equipment, which comes with a mandatory partnership with Paysafe, on 9-10 occasions. In my entire career I've never dealt with a more incompetent, poorly trained entity than the combination of Paysafe and Clover. Their respective customer support and service is unbelievably bad with no remorse or apologies ever offered for what I would call extreme negligence. This is the first review I've bothered to write over the course of my career- after spending 15+ hours on the phone going from various "departments" to supervisors, I've thrown in the towel for good. One of my valued merchants takes AMEX actively and discovered one evening that his Clover Flex would no longer accept AMEX. Over the course of two months we were bounced back and forth from Paysafe to Clover, and back again in an attempt to resolve the disappearance of AMEX acceptance. After 30+ days of chasing this down we managed to temporarily resolve the issue- only to have it rear its head again just one month later. Imagine, another 10+ hours of phone work and we're still nowhere near a fix for my merchant. I could go on and on but I'll stop there. The moral of this story is, if you are a merchant RUN from any association with Paysafe or Clover. You'll learn to regret the alignment I can assure you. Hundreds of satisfied clients over the years- I've built my book of business on keeping customers processing cost efficienly and keeping them happy. EVERY Paysafe / Clover merchant I've boarded has either left or been transitioned to a completely different system with the exception of this one, I am now officially out on all of them.
PaysafeCard ARE 100% THEIVES...I purchased a $100 paysafe voucher from a shop where i have done so multiple times,normally this voucher on its own is all i need,i would type voucher number directly on the deposit section of whatever platform i was on and deposit would tranfer no problem,all of a sudden i have open an account with paysafe in order to use a voucher,so ok i deposit into the account that I HAD to open in order to use this voucher and they immediately blocked me from accessing it,no explanation givin,if the voucher was fraudulent why would take the money off it? 4 months later now of back forth messages,sending me links of verification that dont work....they have now requested my bank details in order to refund my money WTF and also terminated my account for breaching there TERMS & CONDITIONS.....YET WILL NOT ADVISE ME ON HOW I HAVE ACTUALLY BREACHED THEM...IF THIS WAS THE CASE YOU WOULD HAVE SAID THAT 4 MONTHS AGO😂😂THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM ...DO NOT DO ANY TRANSACTIONS WITH THEM... THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED
I keep on receiving farudolent attempts of access to my account by Paysafe does not let me close my account! They are not satisfied with my full identification but require information I no longer have, like date of registration, place/ date of attempted access and other supid, secondary details that I don't have and don't know how to gather. It is my right to erase my account just by identifying myself but they don't allow me. Assistance provided by a mysterious An Coimisiún um Chosaint Sonraí, 6 Rae Pheambróg, Eire (!!!) replied AFTER TWO MONTHS! STAY AWAY FROM PAYSAFE!!
Hello, I'm Vilson Xhangoli.And I used paysafe card for online payments and shops or cafes it didn't work well there were always problems and as soon as I put in cash twice for 25 € they blocked my paysafe account And they asked me for some data, I sent them all, but it's still blocked as my account is still blocked. I don't understand why they're doing this when I've sent you everything they asked for.Don't use paysafe card, it's a scam and will take your money.
