Never received my transfer of points from Soapbox to this site after several requests...but never mind. Discovered it need to give my ID to them in order to cash out! In this age of identity theft, I don't think so!! I guess I am out the cash and the frustration of another survey site that doesn't value their members.
I have a hard time logging into my account on my tablet.On my cellphone I don't. I brought this to their attention and they don't seem to understand what I'm telling them. Also, I joined them 3 weeks ago and I do receive any survey invitations. I have to go through the Internet to their site on my cell phone to do surveys. I brought this to their attention too.And they told me they don't send them out all the time only now then.Also as cars as their surveys are concerned most of them you can get into easy 85% the rest of them not so.Most of them don't pay to well for the time you put in,but they do pay good on the ones that pay more for the time you take to do them.
This site is where mysoapbox is now going because mysoapbox is closing. Both sites have you answer MANY survey questions and then tell you not qualified. Both sites were/are a ridiculous waste of time. Once I hit the threshold to cash out I am done. **payswell wants a photo of your drivers license to redeem funds. That is NOT ok.
Payswell is without a doubt the best!! Everything is smooth and I got paid immediately after I hit 2500 points. They even threw me a little change when I wasn't qualified on surveys. I like how they have a variety and if you are willing to put in the time, they pay really well compared to other sites! Thank you Payswell!
So, I joined payswell just in January, it’s now the end of February i have successfully cashed out once. I had a little trouble with the option button to cash out, and contacted the support team, and they had the issue fixed the next day. So 10/10 for support. But it took me a good 3 weeks to be able to cash out there’s a $25 dollar minimum to cash out, that’s a lot because you get disqualified more often than not, and the surveys are way to long. So it can be very frustrating it would be less frustrating if there was only a minimum of like $10 dollars, because even with disqualifications you could make that a little quicker. So surveys need to be shorter, or less disqualifications, or a lower minimum needed to cash out. Because it’s a good site, it’s simple and easy to use. But improvements definitely need to be made.
