Bought a faulty laptop. Right from the start , battery was completely drained. After being able to change a bit, battery drainage ridiculous high. In 6h goes from 90% to 21% and with the system closed or in hibernation.
Want to return and get a full refund but I can't get feedback from them at all. It's been 4 days and just silence. Apparently a big computer store with multiple shops in Spain and such poor client support.

I Ordered a: SAMSUNG 870 EVO SSD for importting RAW video material and editing.The EVO disc I already know its the only brand I trust with my video material which is my income. The Order of PCBOX was done using Kuanto Kusta (a marketplace) and this worked seamlessly. The order came whiteout any hassle and took two days to arrive form ordering to delivery. Which is a lot better than any of my motor gear I order here in Portugal. So good for PCBOX for heaving their shipping process in order.

Very bad service and overpriced! I went there because my laptop wouldn't work. I asked them to only have a look at my Laptop amd then let me know what was the problem and the price tha tit would cost to fix it, so that I could decide weather I want it to get fixed or not. They said the price for that was 20 Euros.The next day they wrote me a messge that the Laptop was repaired and it would cost 55 Euros. 🤔 I never asked them to repair it and the 55 Euros was basically for a Bios Update 😂, what is too much. I even asked an IT friend of mine here from Malaga who said it should not cost more than 20 Euros. Still they insisted on the money.
