From beginning to end, everyone at the outlet was amazing. They were not at all pushy but incredibly helpful and considerate. Communication was excellent, even from the delivery driver, who kept me informed throughout the process. When my purchase was delivered, the driver was lovely and respectful. This has been one of the best experiences I've had in a long time! Very satisfied with my purchase as well!

The incident was captured on CCTV. I reported this to the company and was promised a follow-up, but no one ever reached out to me. I felt dismissed, and no action was taken. This experience has left me unsettled and raises serious concerns regarding public safety and staff conduct.
