overpriced low-quality items, complete BS. just moved their emails to the junk folder, cause they are junk. I know to win money here is almost impossible, but if they have the platform to sell, why not at the right price. got drain snake, cause I really needed them,I put them in trash right away.
What started out as a fun experience on line about 15 years ago has morphed into a time eating monster so filled with errors and waits for large add files to download all PCH pages are not worth visiting and wasting any more time on! There search engine has very biased results and NO wins! They don't seem to understand when they waste users time there is a limit when users will say NO MORE! Looks like this Red Diamond VIP Elite will be loosing my status before I reach 700,000,000 total all time tokens earned! Stopped most pch.com entries years ago. I will never waste one second on the NEW Quiz page! Stopped Keno months ago and next will be Slots and Lotto! Time is a precious gift I will no longer waste on PCH! And their tech service is another BIG waste of time!
I just got their set of 2 camping lanterns. I bought them because they run on 3 "D" batteries and I want a light that will run all night and then some, for power outages. AA or AAA lights are good for a few hours at best, even if they are LED's. The compass on top barely moves, you need to tap on it to get it moving. Overall very cheap feeling. Made in China of course. Dimmer switch is jumpy not smooth at all, light jumps brightness levels. At least these were not falling apart like the previous ones I ordered from PCH ( Totally different light).

Of course I never win anything! I have one chance in billions. That's to be expected. What I want to complain about is that any time I buy something, I regret it. The stuff is way overpriced and it won't even work. I don't even buy anything from them more than every month or other month. I bought a pair of containers for sugar and flour and the flour bag is a lot bigger. If it won't fit in the container, what's the point? I have to wait till I take a couple of cups out. I will never buy from or respond to them again.
I recieved an email from PCH telling me that I could enter the $10,000 a week for life sweepstakes. So, of course, I clicked on the link. It took me to $5,000 a week for life. I should tell you that I attempted to enter on the same day I received the email. I check my email many times a day. I contacted PCH customer support to ask what was wrong. Oh, the answers they gave me! First, they told me a lot of frivalous information about how to enter PCH contests. I know how to enter PCH contests. I've been entering for many years, even when they only had paper entries. I receive emails everyday and enter everyday. At the bottom of that email they told me "it is not win $10,0000 a week for life it is win $10,000 instantly and $5000 a week for life". Naturally, my next email included an attachment to show them that, yes indeed, it was for $10,000 a week for life, not a one time $10,000 opportunity. Then they sent me a link which turned out to be how to clear my cookies. Then, after I kept asking them, they sent me an email asking me whether I had cleared my cookies. At this point, I was angry. I emailed them back that I cleared my cookies on three browser, restarted my computer then tried to click the link in my email on all three browsers. I also told them that I had Googled and found the PCH blog. It, too, contained a link to the $10,000 a week for life sweepstakes. The blog link also took me to $5,000 a week for life. I also told them that I am a website developer, that is the truth, and explained how links work. I asked for a direct link to the $10,000 a week for life sweepstakes. Of course, they never gave me one. There isn't one. Below that I told them that I would write bad reviews on major websites if they did not provide one. At this point, they replied that they would like me to call them. I replied that, obviously, that would give me no proof. So, if you would like to enter a PCH sweepstakes, don't believe that you can ever enter the $10,000 a week for life sweepstakes. That is bogus. PCH is fraudulent. Do they even have winners of other sweepstakes and contests? They used to. I won $200 about 20 years ago. Now, I'm not sure.

This its only a dream .Its never ever going to happening My neighbor gets the same e-mail . the only difference is your nameThe service and handling its out of control, it cost more then what you order They do not paid for SH to give back anythingI'm delete then for ever.Please don't be fool by this people, They are there just to make money at any cost they don't deserve a single star .
