Review Time
I had to call Customer Service. I waited on hold 5 - 10 minutes, then the gal was having technical problems with her computer and I need up on hold again for 10 minutes when she transferred me to someone else. I did get my problem solved, finally, for a product i did not want, returned, but got billed for. I wanted to o their survey at the end of my call, but got dropped.They overcharge for their products and shipping (YIKES on their shipping charges!). Some of their products look nice, but others look cheap.How do you find how to call Customer Service? It's hard to find, same with cancelling orders and returning them.
I wish I could give PCH's customer service negative stars.Horrible. Nearly impossible to contact them.If you can contact them, they misinterpret, misunderstand, misplace, and just plain miss.Your problem is up to you to fix.Don't count on them to provide any assistance. But do, however, expect a prompt email from them explaining that "your issue has been resolved."
the wallet that you sell is nothing but garbage and then you want to charge a delivery charge , keep on cheating the people .crooks do get caught and you will one day. i can find card board in my trash and make a better product than that
Too much bs. Only people that win are old people who are about to die and people who live in houses. All these emails promising misleading wins and then I know I won money but you still have to claim it and they only give tokens. Yeah people win but how do we know they get money?
So they tell you that you could win 5,000 for life but I think you have a very small chance or Its not even real. I think its not even rule because I played a few games on there they look fake as f***. So I played a scratch off game it said I won $100,000 a few days later it does it again but I didn't will I got their tokens. Then 1 week after that I "won" another $100,000. But nothing ever happens with it. Then they have the 5,000 for life thing which they sent me an email stating "$5,000 A week Forever Pize Guaranteed to be shipped on (Random date)" two times already. So if you like to play their little games that they have on their site just make sure you have an ad blocker so they don't get any cash from you from their ad slots. I will change this review if they give me my $200,000 and my $5,000 a week for "forever" thing. Other than that do not waste your time on this site because they will scam the hell out of your e-mail and try to scam you into buying things.
