Review Time
Well, i have played and played. Ads, commercials, product pics to scroll through that would make the entire library of congress seem like a childs short story book. Yahoo ads that could bore you sleep if you had the most advanced case of insomnia. When you do order you get cheap low quality junk with a very high shipping and handling rate that you dont know about until you get billed. Cite trick they have of putting that continue button there just long enough for your finger to almost touch down then it suddenly loads more products so that your finger hits down on one of them and it gets added to the cart. I must admit that when i call customer service they cancel it without hesitation, but then it ships anyhow and and its happened 3 times so far. So twice they have told me to simply throw the items away and removed the charge from my account .. so that was kool cuz after all ... i dodnt order it ...their software made all of the arrangements. Three times also the online shenanigans showed that i actually won, two of those were $20 wins, but conveniently for them, suddenly the screen froze up each time and nothing, absolutely nothing would remedy the situation except to close out. When i jumped back online, of course, all was rest and i had to either start over on that game sweeps or go on to the next one. Anything about the $20 wins or the other win had disappeared like Jimmy Hoffa. I like the quizzes however and they are really Kool cuz they're educational,i hate it tho when i get the last question wrong and before i have time to read the educational information it flips like lightening to the very top to give me my score. Strange that it tells me when ordering that i need pay no money now and will simply have 5 installment payments to pay the item off, but then the bill mentions no such payments and tells me i owe it all by a specific date. When i call Customer Service to pay online and complain, im told that you only get the installment payment plan by request when doing a phone payment. For awhile after paying on the automated phone pay ...the ai created a 2nd account with a second customer number so that 2 accounts were open with products going to 2 separate accounts. The mess finally got straightened out though and now i have one account and account number and know to call and go through the phone answering machine maze game to get a customer service representative and request to pay on the installment plan. What i think was really cute tho, is the glitch happens sometimes and the screen freezes and suddenly my total token score is missing a major amount after its finely fixed. Its like reverse sneezing. Still cuter is how it flashes after winning tokens after i completely failed on a game that requires absolutely no skill and i have no control over and then the words pop up on the screen " great job " and it gives me a few tokens ... WHAT ?!!! Comeon now ... does anyone really when those items you can spend those invisable virtual tokens on ...like i have played 20 hours a number of times non stop practically to which there seemed no end in site, to try to win a camera for my granddaughter for Christmas .. im a VIP elite supposedly and all those virtual gold coins were going on that camera ... seriously how many people spend that much time playing these sweeps, games, scratchoffs, slots, quizzes ... you know alllll the many ways you can win" stuff .... and yet zilch ... so after Christmas i thought ... gee i will go after this lil dominos gift card ... nobody will hardly want that enuf to put in that much time ... i still couldnt even win that .. so i told my young teen age Grandaughter ... man i cant do this anymore . I cant live this way. Sorry. She said," I told you not to waste your time, didnt i warn you that stuff is only a scam ! "😂🤣😅🤣😂😆
This is my first time "dealing" with this outfit, "PCH". I wish I had read these reviews before I got involved with these people. And I'm being kind when I call them "people". Everything was going great for weeks. Every single purchase I made was paid in full. But suddenly I began receiving questionable charges...double billing, charges for orders I DID NOT MAKE and so on!!! I am currently investigating and hired a lawyer. I will get to the bottom of their devious manipulations of a person's account in order to EXTRACT more funds from unsuspecting purchasers. I have written TWO(2) letters coping each of the following three entities : PCH Executive VP Debra Holland, Customer Service Manager Emily Johnson and Dept. 300, on December 19 and December 28, 2019. NOBODY FROM PCH HAS CONTACTED ME WITH A RESPONSE. I even provided my e-mail address and phone number and....silence. No reaching out to find out what the problem is, etc. Not what you would expect from ANY company, especially one that deals directly with people. THIS ORGANIZATION IS SO "OUT OF TOUCH", I FEEL SORRY FOR THEM. The Customer Service people you talk to, over the telephone, are very friendly and courteous...nothing like their upper management. All I can say is God help them, for they know not what they do!!
It seems that PCH makes its money from Shipping and Handling (S&H). For the last item I ordered, S&H was 60% of the cost of the item. There is nothing wrong with modest S&H charges - but we are living in an era where free shipping is increasingly common. It is pretty obvious the PCH's margins are based on not very obviously disclosed S&H charges.
It takes so much of your time for them to get money for you watching ads.Then your phone goes off all day giving you hope that you're the next big winner, knowing you're not! Years and years to never have won even $20. It's absolutely frustrating. They offer VIP elite entries that crash or don't work. With no way to contact them to fix this. Yet they "punish" you for the short comings of their app!!!!!😉Not anymore!I was faithful for years. Divorcing it. 😂Then they drop you from elite or vip for not being able to do the things that crash.I call scam.
These people are a JOKE!!!My father has received the same bill 3 time! And he ended up paying for these products 2 before I stepped in. The fact that there’s no way of getting ahold of a manager or supervisor is unsettling. From here on out my dad will NOT be getting anything else!!
If I could give a rating less than 1 I would. The PCH Lotto game is a joke. I wonder if anyone ever wins the prize. Over the past two months I have been notified that I matched all 9 numbers of the game twice, only to get the runaround when I call to question the procedure to collect the prize. To me this is smelling like a scam. Publishers Clearing House won't receive my business from this day forward.
Really guys? Has anybody got that check? It's like everybody gives up their time an life to win money when you should be spreading it with your family. Family is everything and money will always take over your life, it's nice to have, but do you really think spending your time and effort on this game will get you that check? All the reviews I have seen, everyone has been paying since like 2011 and NOTHING. Give up already spend time with your family and trust in God he will always provide And out of everybody Steve Harvey should know cause he is a GODLY MAN
Im up upset because I have not received my my dog Buttercup toys that I have ordered and my sink and toilet drain cleaner and unstop toilets and stuff I have not received so if you know how to get to them by phone number please let me know thank u cheryl bell
Don’t bother! PCH is as unethical as it gets!Products they offer are all made in China, customer service is a joke, they’re so called “5 easy payments” they offer is a lie and if you miss one payment they send your account to collections ruining your credit score and as to their sweepstakes and so called games forget it! No one ever wins! I have played for over 30 years (others for longer) and never won anything! The only winners are PCH, anyone else loses from time to money to even having your credit score hit as a result of their unethical practices! PCH needs at least a major class action suit filed against them as well as reports to the FTC and gaming Commision ... but IMHO they need to be shut down! No more people falling for their lies anymore! Stay clear of PCH!
