SCAM! Only giving it one star because I can't give it zero.Junk site, junk shipping company. I ordered something for 9.95....got charged twice plus a ridiculous 15 for shipping. Nothing ever arrived. Glad I came here to read the reviews so I know to cancel my card before they can charge me their bogus "monthly subscription" charges. Wish I had come here BEFORE ordering.Don't walk away from this one...RUN!!!
I visited today and was quite disappointed with the experience. The place was very hot and stuffy, with no air conditioning on while customers were seated. There were many flies flying around, including in the pastry area, which was left open—small black flies were visibly hovering near the food.I was served a hot drink in a takeaway cup around 4 PM, even though I had said I would be sitting in. I should have been served in a proper teacup, considering I wasn’t taking it to go. The customer service overall felt inattentive and unaccommodating.What concerned me most was spotting a sprinkle cake with visible mold on it. This, combined with the fly problem and lack of hygiene measures—no fly traps or any attempts to keep flies away from food—raises serious food safety concerns. Other customers were also complaining about the heat and flies, so I know I wasn’t alone in feeling uncomfortable.The seating area was cramped and far from relaxing. Overall, this was a disappointing visit due to poor service, lack of cleanliness, and an unpleasant environment. A health inspection seems necessary given the current conditions.
PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Scam site. Received product that is nothing like advertised and sized for a small child. Tried charging my credit card double and thank god my bank declined it and flagged it as fraud. Unfortunately that meant I had to have my card locked and a new one issued but I guess it’s better than the alternative. Just a massive headache all because they are scammers!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. If I could leave NO stars I would. I clearly ordered a top with the cargo pants for what I thought was a decent price. At time of purchase I find out there's a whole $15 shipping fee on top of other fees. I still ordered the set, came many weeks later, longer than expected. I email them which I received a reply weeks later after I got my order. Order was incomplete, only received the pants (I would have have purchased only pants for such a high shipping fee). Emailed them, MONTHS later I get a reply stating it was only the pants ordered when I clearly know what I ordered. So not only are the slow theives but LIARS!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.
I bought jeans from you all and your website didn't specify that they run small then you all offer replacement jeans but the turned around and offered me a $3.98 refund that I didn't get then you send me an email saying all purchases are final I don't think you all a legit company and if so you are not going to be in business long if you threat all your customers like you treated me so have a nice day and please for the final time quit contacting me and leave me alone I would appreciate it.
The clothes I received were not as advertised and the size was small with terrible material. I ordered the tummy control stretch jeans and the cargo pants, and they were awful. there was no packing slip in the mailer, and I emailed to get a refund and have not heard back. I will never order from them or any other Facebook TikTok ad again.
Worst mistake ever ordering from this company. The pants do not run true to size like they claim unless you are ordering for a child. The pants are made with cheap material. The customer service is beyond horrible and the product takes forever to receive. All around not worth the money or the time you waste ordering.
