Never received my order

Never received my order. No customer service. Emailed the 3 times with no reply. Filed a claim with Paypal. I was denied by PayPal. They supposedly gave PayPal shipping information. So I'm out $72. This company is a huge scam. I'm so upset and never buying from these scammer companies again. Horrible.

I placed an order for 1 item

I placed an order for 1 item, went to checkout which showed I ordered 2 items instead of 1. I attempted to contact seller to rectify the order request. No reply. I received 2 items. I tried to contact seller to accept a return of 1 and refund money for 1. No reply. Made 3 attempts to contact seller. No reply. Customer service is non-existent. DO NOT BUY FROM PEACHLOFT.

Bought a beard shaver

Bought a beard shaver. It pulls your facial hair out. And The price was around NZD$50. Not worth 10 cents as it inflicts pain not even a close shave. They advertise heavily on youtube. Asked for a refund. No reply. Wish I had researched them before buying. Stay away from these fraudsters

Bought back support that came sewn…

Bought back support that came sewn wrong so it can’t be used and the odour was very strong so you wouldn’t want to wear it anyway. So I asked about returning it and got no response. Very disappointed!!!

Unable to contact company

Tried to contact company, but email address rejected and got busy signal every time I called. Had to decline my credit card payment. They sent wrong size. Do not recommend this company the site is designed to rip you off.CONTACTED CFEDIT CARD COMPANY AND RECEIVEED THE FOLLOWING BACK: Update on Your Credit Card ClaimGreat news! Shipping charges scam

I ordered an in between the seat storage box for my vehicle. I paid for the item + shipping but when the item arrived the USPS wanted another $14.01 for postage. This appears to be a scam, in order to collect additional revenue. I refused to accept the item and will have my credit card company delete the charge from my credit card. I will not be doing any further business with Peachloft.
