If there were negative stars

If there were negative stars, I would definitely give them -5 stars. I ordered 5 toques with an LED light and earphones in them for my grandsons for Christmas. They never arrived and I can't contact them for a refund. I was scammed for $155.00 Canadian. Do not buy from this company.

Absolute scam – not able to contactcustomer service

My husband bought me a gnome advent calendar. The description claims the calendar has 24 boxes and each box contains a 12 inch handmade plush gnome. Upon opening the box on December 1 I found a 1 inch Christmas tree shaped eraser. Day two revealed a 1 inch Santa Claus eraser. This box does not contain plush gnomes at all, and for over $50 I received 24 erasers that I could purchase in a packet Dollarama for four dollars. Absolute scam. The customer service number advertised is “not assigned”, and emails go unanswered. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I wish I can give them 0 stars for the

I wish I can give them 0 stars for the customer service. I placed an order and an old address automatically was entered when I used Apple Pay. I contacted Peachloft immediately. I asked them to edit my address they were unable to. So I asked them to cancel the order and I'll just reorder. They refused to cancel my order or even try to work with me. They sent my items to the wrong address. I even called the carrier to edit address they told me if Peachloft asked them to they can. Peachloft told me no. They are to big of a company to not have Better customer service.
