I've been a fan of my original model since day one! A few months back, I needed a replacement bucket, and the support team was incredibly quick in sending me a new one. Composting was back on track! Recently, my machine had trouble during the drying cycle. The troubleshooting FAQ was excellent! Unfortunately, it didn't resolve the issue as my fan failed. I reached out to the support team again, and they were prompt in helping me order a new fan. I'm excited to receive it and start processing all those potato peels! LOL!
