They sent me the wrong item, which I paid a supplement for, and they refuse to cooperate with me. I' ve been waiting for almost 2 months and they still haven't replied one single time to my many emails where I asked for some explanations and cooperation on how to proceed. I'm still waiting for my correct item to arrive or at least a refund for the price difference I paid for the item I didn't receive.
Everything's fun until they mess up and be sure you won't receive any help and lose your money.

I placed an order on August 31st, 2025 for an item scheduled for release that same month. I've spent months wondering about my order status, and when I contacted support in October 2025, I was told to expect a wait of "4 - 12 weeks" and to be patient. Now, as we approach the 4-month mark with no shipping update, I'm reaching out again. The website still shows my order as "processing". I'm giving an extra star for the customer service being polite, but I am quite disappointed with the slow progress.

I received my package today, 10/15/25, and it was in perfect condition! However, it took about a month or two to arrive due to delivery delays. I ordered this plush on 7/31/25 and waited around 10 days for updates. There was an error during shipping, and I wasn't contacted to resolve it, causing it to be sent back, which I had to pay for again. After that, I received no updates and honestly forgot I had ordered until the package arrived a few hours ago. Still, I appreciate being able to buy a limited plush from Japan without going there in person, though shipping was quite pricey. Thank you!
