We were 6 months into a home search, including looking for the best banking options to finance our purchase, when we met with Kasper Thordahl-Jensen from Pengerådgivning, on advice of a friend. This completely transformed our experience for the better. Both my wife and I are non-Danes, and as with anywhere, the different moving parts involved in an important purchase such as a property can be difficult to put together if you are not a native, and the system can sometimes seem downright opaque. Kasper completely turned this around for us. We suddenly realised we had more choices with the banks, we had access to a lawyer, building inspector, we understood our rights better, AND we came out with a financial plan that allowed us to not only finance our purchase in confidence, but also to maintain our lifestyle as a family. As foreigners living in Denmark, we would have never been able to get to where we are today, without Kasper's expertise. I could not recommend these services enough.
I'm very happy with the service I got: Super friendly client interaction, very competent, and very straight forward process, incl. adapting everything to english to accommodate my language barrier. She not only guided us through the options but also gave advice and opinions were others were less helpful. She also assisted with change of banks and opened doors and unlocked unseen potentials at the new bank. All in all a great service, which even with a lot of time, you could not recreate yourself to this level of result.
