This is a MUST-HAVE service if you are buying a home in Denmark and/or are a foreign buyer. Using Pengerågiving and working with Christian to help us with our first home purchase was worth every kroner--they have streamlined the whole process from figuring out your budget, to placing an offer, all the way to when you finally get your keys. As a foreigner, it was so incredibly valuable to have someone in your corner, familiar with the Danish system, to advocate on your behalf, especially to negotiate the best loan rates which ends up in the long run covering their service fees.
