My HMO in Brent Cross has been managed professionally from day one. The team took over management last year and carried out a full compliance review at the outset, ensuring licensing, safety certificates and inspections were all in place and up to date. Any compliance issues identified were addressed promptly and clearly explained to me.Communication has been consistent and timely, with updates usually provided within 24–48 hours whenever matters arise. Routine inspections are carried out as scheduled. Tenant issues are handled efficiently and I have always had my rent paid on time through their rent guarantee insurance even in void periods.
