Terrible taste experience with a classic soda.

The taste of the soda was incredibly disappointing. I attempted to reach out to the company online, but their complaint process is frustrating and makes it nearly impossible to submit feedback. By the time I finished typing my issue, I lost all my previous input when I tried to take photos of my purchase. I bought a case of 24 cans, opened one, and it tasted like a diet version. I tried three more cans, and they all had the same off flavor. This was supposed to be a classic soda. It feels like a waste of money, and I have no way to address it.

Concerns about water quality

With the contamination of drinking water by microplastics, I reached out to inquire if they filter out these contaminants in their beverages. Their response was disappointing and lacked transparency. It’s clear that this company, like many others, isn't prioritizing customer safety. I use a filter that removes 99% of microplastics, and these companies could easily do the same if they truly cared.

Frustrating experience with flat sodas

I frequently receive sodas that are flat. I've complained multiple times, but the responses are always the same. They issue coupons that never arrive. Prices for their sodas are inflated, and their claims about a product being the same as the original are misleading. It's amusing how much cheaper their sodas are in states where SNAP rules restrict purchases.

Disheartened by new sweetener choices

I'm truly disappointed that they've chosen to use sweeteners. This brand was always a favorite for fizzy drinks, and it ruins my mixers as well. I won't be purchasing again; it feels unfair that a few individuals' choices affect everyone.

Unpleasant new flavor

The flavor now resembles an unpleasant chemical. The new recipe is not enjoyable at all. I wish they would return to using sugar, disregarding the bans.

Quality has significantly declined

I recently noticed that the sugar content has been reduced even further. If the taste was already bad at 17%, it’s even worse now at 13%. I can’t understand the reasoning behind this change. I doubt I will buy another can unless it's a special edition with real sugar.
