I've been using this product going on 4 months (shampoo and serum) and seeing a slow but steady increase in hair. My little bald spot at the back of head is filling in and I'm quite pleased (so far) with the results. However, I was (and still am) disappointed in how long it took to ship and arrive. I didn't appreciate their excuses when I complained.

Very disappointed with delayed order

It has been over 30 days and my order has not arrived. The support team has been unhelpful. This has been my worst experience. I recommend saving your time and money by steering clear of this company.

Using for 3 months
