I ordered a corset and skirt for my daughter's formal event. When they indicated it might not arrive on time, I requested to cancel the order in writing four times. They acknowledged my cancellation requests but still shipped the items, which arrived on the day of the formal—completely useless. I've been emailing for return procedures, and while they acknowledge my request, they haven't provided any instructions. I would not recommend this company.
Crap corsets that don’t fit or look like the pictures and the customer service is terrible. They were running a buy one get one 50% on their website and because I purchased during this time, they don’t provide any help with returns or exchanges. Ridiculous customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS
Their website is deceptive in that they lead you to believe they will take a return with 14 days of you receiving it when actually you are required to return it to CHINA. I carefully looked at the return policy BEFORE I ordered and it said nothing about sending it back to China. Otherwise you only get a very small amount refunded or it's an exchange which does me no good since it's too short. DO NOT ORDER from this company. Scam.
On this website I ordered 3 tops it’s almost been 3 months since I ordered them and I’ve only recieved one top since there “out of stock” I emailed them and said that they need to communicate this to me because it’s ridiculous, I paid 600 for them to do this shit? It’s not worth it at all don’t order here, it’s false advertising when it comes to wait times and it’s just a drag of your money a very unprofessional website
This company is based in China, not New York as advertised. They charged my card immediately but didn’t ship the items until two weeks later—only after I followed up and threatened a credit card dispute. Now shipping will take another two weeks. Based on other reviews and my experience so far, I don’t have high expectations for the product quality either.
