El did an amazing job with my eyebrows.They look very natural, the shape and colour are just right. I am very pleased with them. As well doing an expert job, El has a lovely nature. She is kind, patient and takes her time.Her associate, Natalia, is on the ball with scheduling and rescheduling and always replied promptly.
I have been for my first brow top-up treatment. As last time El was utterly professional, she communicates the whole process in depth. She takes time with you to ensure that you are informed and happy with the process and the outcome. Natalia was equally professional and friendly with the booking and consent procedures. I know I will have the perfect brow for me. I thoroughly recommend Perfect Definition.

I recommend El for Eyebrow Microblading. I hadn't done anything like this before. I chose to go with the (paid for) Consultation appointment in advance of having the treatment. El described the treatment and drew with an eyebrow pencil what my eyebrows would look like and took photos for me to take away. That gave me time to think it over (it took me months) before booking my treatment appointment. As others have said in their reviews, El is very professional and takes good care of you during the treatment. Personally I think my 'new' eyebrows make a difference to how I look and, for me, it was worth the investment. One tip, be sure to carefully check the location and allow plenty of time to get there, it's close to Canary Wharf but the first time I wasn't sure exactly how to find the place, so I recommend allowing extra time.
