Recently, a young individual exhibited hate speech and threatened someone simply trying to use the restroom. The person felt unsafe due to harassment, including kicking at the stall and demands to come out. This young person engaged in a hate crime and seemed to take pride in having the incident documented. I hope the company takes action on this serious matter, as such behavior is unacceptable and justice must be served.
