Review Time
Having a few problems I found contacting them was a pleasant experience as they were very receptive and helpful no excuses. They were only to happy to find a amicable solution which was not only helpful but a nice change. will happy to deal with performance golf as they have proved to be happy to solve any problems.
I have been trying to get hold of them for past 7 days and no one....no one has been responding to provide me an update on my order. I even tried having a chat with customer support, but no body has been responsive there either. I placed order for all the members of my golf group but these guys aren't providing any update. No cancellation, no update, they are straight away ignoring my messages. Worst customer support I have ever experienced!!!!!!
I lost over $474.88 after returning the inferior clubs I ordered. Their customer Service said we had to prove that our Citibank card actually paid them. Evidently, their accounting dept does a lousy job, as the bank statement reflects that it was paid thru us, but the company can't seem to find it. This has been a problem since August of 25. I have been on the phone with agents and managers (Jack and Jonalyn, Emails from Temberlyn, Justin, and Alexis just to name a few. ) with zero results. I assume that this will never be resolved, but buyer beware!

They offer a lot of training, but constantly try to upsell you on expensive services. I was pretty disappointed with the training videos I watched. Overall, Performance Golf is a waste of money.
I am revising my review; the service addressed my complaint promptly and refunded my account without any problems. The clubs I purchased are excellent and perform as promised. Thank you, and I apologize for my earlier review made out of frustration. You handled the situation like a true professional.
I ordered a hybrid golf club and haven't received it yet, but the updates on shipping have been good. However, I received a call from a representative regarding a membership offer. She was very polite and explained everything well. After considering the offer, I informed her that I would think it over. Shortly after, I got emails indicating that I had been signed up for three subscriptions: one for golf coaching at $29.00 per month, another for VIP coaching at $99.00 per month, and a one-time fee for a membership at $299.00. None of these were authorized by me.
Update: I had previously gave this company a low rating because I ordered 2 clubs weeks before Christmas for presents and they were backordered and I hadnt been notified. I called the company and Paul, the service rep was very apologetic. He assured me when the shipment came in it would be sent, and would be here for Christmas. He even helped me change the receiving address since we would be on our way out of the countey when it arrives. Well, it literally got there 2 hours before we had our early Christmas with the grand kids. This was several days BEFORE I thought they would arrive. They exceeded my expectations with their customer service and my grandkids LOVED their clubs. I waited on purpose to update this review until I received the clubs. I really didn't have much faith they would get here on time. Thank you for making our Christmas fantastic!
I placed my order in early December, hoping it would arrive in time for Christmas. Unfortunately, it never shipped, and their latest update states it will ship on January 9. To make matters worse, they charged my credit card an extra $29 for a recurring fee for a media instruction program, which I never agreed to and do not wish to have. I strongly advise avoiding this service.
I'm giving a low rating due to the fact that I ordered two clubs and still haven't received them after six weeks. These were meant to be a Christmas gift, which is clearly not going to happen now. While the customer service team was polite and apologized, they mentioned that the items are backordered until late December. If the demand was that high, why wasn't there better planning for the holiday season? I can't comment on the clubs themselves since they haven't arrived, but the delivery schedule is quite poor. I recommend placing your order 2-3 months in advance of when you need them.
