Exceptional Support After a Short Circuit Issue

I recently encountered a problem when a short circuit caused one of my switches to malfunction. The assistance I received during my initial call was excellent; I was advised on a more durable solution using a relay after my replacement switch failed again and was replaced under warranty. Once the new equipment arrived, I was contacted by a representative who followed up with a call to ensure I had all the necessary information for installing the new switch and relay. This level of support was outstanding! After successfully installing and testing the setup, I inquired about repairing the old switch. The representative exceeded my expectations by explaining that the old switch could still be utilized to trigger a relay, giving new life to a device I would have otherwise discarded. I have been thoroughly impressed not only by the expertise of the support team but also by the innovative thinking displayed in suggesting an alternative use for my old switch. This experience exemplifies what exceptional customer service should be.

Frustrating Transition to New Version

It's disappointing that the previous version functioned well, but the change to the new version has been quite frustrating. The app is complicated and hard to set up. Ultimately, it should be user-friendly, but navigating it feels overwhelming. To make matters worse, more than half of my devices stopped working overnight. Once again, technology has let me down after I invested significant time and money into it. I'm going back to traditional timers, feeling let down and frustrated. This technology simply needs to work; otherwise, it’s not worth it.

Impressive Products and Support

We utilize dimmer switches and sockets in a wonderful extension we've built at our property. Our electrician initially set up the products, but we've encountered a few technical issues since then. I reached out to the support team regarding these problems, and the service I received was outstanding.
