Extremely disappointing. I ordered a coat from this company, which claims to be based in London, but is actually located in China. The coat arrived over three weeks later than promised, and the zipper is malfunctioning with several bent teeth, making it unusable. I requested a prepaid return label via email, but after numerous emails offering a 10% discount and suggesting I keep the faulty coat, I was finally told I could return it but would have to pay for postage to a Chinese address. The coat looks nothing like what was advertised, and the quality is poor. Do not order from this company; their customer service is terrible.
Subpar service; the quality of the products is terrible and not as depicted on the website. Be warned, if you seek a refund, good luck. The company is based in China, despite showing a UK address online. It's a very poor company; do not buy. I've lost money and ended up with a coat I can't wear or sell. It's dreadful.
Avoid this company - I ordered a jacket and received the wrong color. Now they expect me to pay for its return for a refund. I've requested a free return label, but they are ignoring me and haven't provided a return address or note. It's a complete scam.
After waiting 5 weeks for an out-of-stock item (part of a mandatory uniform), which made things difficult for my son at school, they refused to expedite shipping. I had to wait an additional 5 days for it to arrive. The pricing is premium at £29 for a pair of kids' polyester gym shorts; for that price, I expect much better service.
It's unfortunate that my daughter's school uses this company for uniforms. Required items have been constantly delayed, which is very frustrating. I've been misled about delivery dates for the past 3 weeks. I was promised next-day delivery to compensate for the delays, but later told it was 'accidentally' not applied, causing another week of delay. Horrible customer service. Many of us at the school are unhappy with the quality and delivery timing, and we're looking for a new provider for our uniforms. I suggest you do the same.
Awful service and response times. I ordered a uniform item weeks in advance. After two weeks without updates beyond the initial confirmation, I followed up via email and was told my item would arrive within 2-4 working days. At the end of this period, I received an email asking if I still wanted the item delivered to the address I provided. Shockingly, I did wish to have it delivered there. I was then asked for my phone number, which I had already provided. I was finally told I would need to pay an additional £40 for delivery and it would take another 3 weeks. It was clear to everyone but the representative that it wouldn't arrive on time. The lack of communication and false assurances were infuriating. I do NOT recommend this business.
I ordered a university boat club blazer in March for my son before Henley, and it arrived perfectly made, fitting well, and looking sharp! I'm very pleased, especially after reading some negative reviews (which made me a bit anxious). It truly does exactly what it promises. Thank you! He will look so handsome!
