I’m sharing this review to highlight my friend's struggles in getting assistance from the company. She placed her order on November 5, 2025, provided all requested measurements, and has since received no updates, shipping date, or responses to her numerous emails. After she posted an honest review, the company reached out claiming the order had been shipped — yet no tracking information or proof was given. I hope the company notices this and takes action by either sending the product or issuing a full refund. No customer should have to pursue a business for basic information or feel ignored after making a payment. Effective customer service fosters trust — I sincerely hope the company will make the right decision.
I placed an order on 5 November, and the seller claimed to ship it on 17 November, but failed to provide a tracking number. Subsequently, they ceased all communication. I never received my order. I tried to contact them via direct messages on social media and left comments inquiring about my order status, cautioning others about the legitimacy of the store. In response, both my friend and I were blocked, which strongly suggests fraudulent activity and indicates bad intent. I have reported the issue to the relevant consumer protection authority, and the buyer protection team has escalated the matter since the seller cannot furnish any proof of shipment or delivery. Very unreliable. This feels like a scam. I do not recommend this service.

They don’t reply to emails. Following my first negative review, I received an email claiming my order was shipped, but still no tracking number provided.
