A special thank you to Kate in the sales office, who was incredibly helpful and supportive, keeping us regularly updated and always on hand to answer any questions we had. Her communication and professionalism made the whole journey smooth and stress-free.
We would also like to mention Mason, the site manager, whose knowledge and expertise about the build and the development gave us complete confidence in our purchase. It’s clear that great care and attention to detail have gone into constructing our home.

Izzy has been amazing, shes super friendly and answers every question with honesty and is extremely helpful with all yhe process of buying our first house together. I had quite a few snags and bits needing sorting in my new build, I found the aftercare team very helpful and quick responding. Garry who came to do most of the work for me was fab couldn’t fought his work , and a lovely friendly guy. Thanks :)
The customer care service I received after the sale have been fabulous. Matt have been really helpful in resolving all the minor issues I had. Dave from customer care came to fit one of my kitchen cupboard today, such a lovely and nice guy, did a fast and neat job.
We had a smooth experience with Steve Walker who visited our home for snags fixing. He fixed the walls and doors nicely above our expectations. We highly recommed him.
Bob Matthew’s is always polite, punctual and very efficient. Bob is extremely knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond with the service he offers. He did a number of jobs and rectified some poor workmanship from when the house was built. He leaves everything clean and tidy Thank you Bob.

Our drive constantly floods when it is raining, with water pooling on the grass (which is now dead) and water holding on the drive. The water goes half way up your trainers and does not go away. Nobody else’s drive is this bad on the estate, though many have pooling spots which try to be rectified but don’t work. Persimmon have told me it is normal for water to stay on the drive and nothing will be done, even with dead grass and images of severe flooding on my drive.
Our experience from reservation through to completion and aftercare, has been wonderful. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful.
The sales team (Kim, Olivia, Beth, and Charlotte) were all fantastic—always quick to respond and proactive in resolving any issues that came up during the buying process.
After completion, site managers Jess and Charlie visited us the day after we moved in, and helped sort out a few remaining items and swiftly resolved any snags we had. Their support made a real difference and took a huge amount of stress away from us, we really appreciate it!
Sharon and Amelia from the customer care team have also been brilliant, responding to any questions or issues we’ve had.
Overall, we’ve had a genuinely positive experience with Persimmon at every stage. Thank you to everyone for making what is a stressful process so much smoother and going above and beyond. Such a fabulous team!
