Pet Circle is a great company for your pet food. Auto Delivery is fantastic. You always get notified that it is coming up and it usually gets sent out straight away. Delivery is quick too. Prices are much cheaper than at the vets as well.

Placed and paid for an order on Wednesday morning which ive not received . two days and it is still

Placed and paid for an order on Wednesday morning which ive not received . two days and it is still processing . they guarrantee next day dekivery which ive not received , $ 20 off first order which ive not received . i suspect that they did not have the stock which i'd requested , hence the delay. it is illegal in Australia to accept payment for items not in stock . based on this suspicion ive asked the support to cancel my order and issue a full refund . which they've hitherto failed to do.

Furthermore the stupid and illogical excuses border on farcical. For example " we can't cancel an order during processing or packing , but can only cancel it once it's been despatched . We can try to intercept it , but can't guarantee success " laughable !

It is obvious that the support via sms and email is AI .
Ai agents with a litany of names compose replies which i can only describe as nauseating .
Insincerity drips off every word .
Eventually I received the order , the courier deposited the box without care on the first step , not safely at my door nor on any of the outside chairs .

Ive deleted ny account and uninstalled the app .
Bysinesses such as this , which provide no human contacrs are inherently untrustworthy .
Do not be fooled by the AI composed responses .

I can’t speak highly enough about Pet Circle.
I recently bought dog food for my beloved dog, Blanka. Sadly, he passed away before we were able to use it. When I contacted Pet Circle to ask about returning the unopened food, their response truly touched me.
They immediately refunded the full amount and kindly suggested that I donate the food to a local shelter instead of sending it back. During such a difficult time for our family, that gesture of compassion and understanding meant more than they probably realise.
This wasn’t just great customer service — it was genuine kindness.
Thank you, Pet Circle, for handling everything with empathy and grace. You’ve earned my respect and a loyal customer for life.

Once good, now just like the rest. We have ordered Zignature Duck for a very long time. We had it on

We have ordered Zignature Duck for a very long time.
We had it on AUTO.
Without a word of warning it disappeared.
Customer service have no clue as to why.
Maker in the USA still lists it.
We buy this because it is a quality single protein without the usual cheap chicken muck stuffed into 99% of kibbles, the dog has IBD and can't tolerate chicken!
PC can send out hundreds of irrelevant, shot-gun style emails monthly, yet do not have the common courtesy to let a long term customer know of a significant change.
Gutless, uncaring, greedy corporate management.
Folks find another supplier!

Partial delivery and lack of communication.

Received only a partial delivery, which was frustrating. There was no notification about the items being out of stock. When I reached out via chat, the response was unhelpful; they mentioned they no longer provide SMS notifications. Instead, only email updates are sent, which often end up in the spam or marketing folder. I struggled to locate any notification, leaving me wondering if they had even sent one. While they are generally reliable for online orders and scheduled deliveries, their customer service has noticeably declined. Overall, the service has gotten worse.

Disappointing delivery experiences

I would not choose this service again. The first delivery was left at a closed business during a long weekend. The second time, it was placed on top of a communal letterbox on a busy road, leading to theft both instances. The delivery drivers clearly lack common sense. Now, I prefer to use my local provider and take advantage of their price matching.
