Review Time
They processed my order quickly but then nothing else happened in a week so I sent them an email asking when they were going to send the medication because I didn't have much left. At the same time I put an order at my vet clinic just in case, Pets Drug Mart replied with a tracking number and said the order was sent. The next day, when I tried to track the order, I realized they ONLY printed the label but never sent it. And because they told me they did, I canceled the order at my vet clinic. The worst part, is not that they took more than a week to send a few pills that normally would have taken a few days, BUT THAT THEY LIED! That's just amazing...
Had a good experience with this business. I read other reviews indicating slow service so I prepared for this when deciding to go this route ensuring that we had adequate meds from our vet for 2 weeks. Medication arrived just under 2 weeks. When comparing the price to be less than a third what we paid at the vet and our dog being on them for the rest of her life however long that may be it was worth it. They were also quite helpful when I contacted them by phone. Ordering was quite easy.
Order was only shipped 11days after I placed my order. Canada Post didn’t get it till next day so it will be 2 weeks after ordering before I get it. That is ridiculously slow service for a pharmacy. They say it’s a busy season. If so staff up or put in some overtime! Savings aren’t worth the wait.
I have ordered Eye Lubricant drops twice now through this company. They are non-prescription and the vet charged 55.00. Pets Drug Mart charges 14.70 a tube plus shipping. After my second order, they notified me that, due to the Postal strike, their courier would not deliver to my area.I contacted them to try to see if I could organize a different courier. They were very responsive.Fortunately, the postal strike ended and I received this medication in a timely manner.
I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Service is slow, like the other man said, took 5 days to fill in the prescription! Then it had to be ok’d by someone else ? Finally got it, I bought it for my dog for her allergies, price is cheaper than the vets, true. But I’m starting to wonder about this place. I bought them from the vet last month and it worked within 2 days big difference. This time it’s been a week and NO difference in her, expired maybe? Doesn’t make sense. I bought apoquel for her. Won’t buy from them again… 10.00 to fill the prescription, the other place I seen charge 5.00. Never again! Update…Still giving her the apoquel, still isn’t working. It has to be expired or fake ! Because ive used this product twice before and it worked great ! This time from then, nothing. Please don’t waste you time and money, 75.00 wasted, plus delivery and dispense fee, 10.00.
Brutal . They lost the prescription that Vetster ( equally brutal) sent . THEY ARE A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME!!!!! Trying to get information sent from one to the other is a flipping Gong Show. If you need anything quickly avoid them like the plauge 5 days to process an order? Great , l tell that to my dog as he's Hollering in pain from his ear infection . Incorrect tracking info. ? Pay the extra $100 bucks and go to your blood sucking vet and get the meds you need when you need them . What is the point of paying for expedited mail if they take 5 days getting it processed .? Folks , we've all had enough of being robbed blind by these profiteers . Regulate the whole corupt industry . And the god damned tinny muzak that you have to listen to for an hour each time you try to call .....
