I would give these guys 0 but cannot. Placed a prescription order. Was received in a timely manner however the medication will expire in 3 weeks. At the dosage of this medicine it should last almost a year. Called toll free number but no answer. Wanted an explanation and refund. Will never order anything from these guys again. Out $150. Go pay the little extra and order from vet as these guys do not care. STAY AWAY!!!!
AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! The service standards are shockingly horrible, especially for a company that disburses essential medications. I placed an order for prescribed medications and paid to have the quickest shipping option (some of my dog’s medications had been accidentally destroyed so I needed the order asap). 7 days after placing the order, I followed up as I had not received any updates and the items had not shipped. There was no response to my email. 9 days after placing the order, it finally shipped. It took Pets Drug Mart 211 hours to process a RUSH request for regularly prescribed medications. As today is a Friday, I won’t receive my order until Monday (best case scenario). That will be at least 12 days after I placed my RUSH request and paid for the fastest shipping for my dog’s prescriptions. The potential “savings” with the company are not worth the ordeal of their horrific service and delivery times. AVOID them. You and your pets deserve much better.
I had no problem contacting a company representative who guided me through the ordering procedure. Notified me when they got my prescription. Filled the prescription almost immediately, sent it off by courier, notified me when the drugs were sent, gave me tracking number. Paid for the courier due to postal strike. Very quick service. I was very satisfied. Will continue to use company for refills. Great prices i.e. about $1 vs $3 per capsule at vet for vetmedin, 3 vs 57 cents for lasix per pill.
I ordered allergy medication for my dog on October 1st, choosing Purolator Express specifically to receive it as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, the experience has been incredibly frustrating.I've been calling their toll-free number daily. Most of the time, after waiting on hold for 20+ minutes, the call goes to voicemail. On the rare occasion I get through, I'm told the same thing every day: “It will be shipped today.” As of October 8th, nothing has changed.This level of service is completely unacceptable, especially for something time-sensitive like pet medication. I do not recommend this website to anyone—they are extremely slow in processing and shipping, and customer service is essentially non-existent.
Prices are good, but that comes at the cost of a slew of problems, namely: 1. Not once has my vet faxed a prescription to Pets Drug Mart that they have not lost (or claimed not received). This has happened every single time, leaving me to chase both sides for resolution over the course of days, sometimes weeks. It’s an absolute nightmare. 2. Terrible customer service. Expect to wait days before getting a response to an inquiry. And the responses are rarely helpful. 3. In my situation, these persistent, ongoing delays coupled with the horrible customer service has inevitably resulted in delays getting my dogs prescription. This, in turn, has cost me hundreds of additional dollars in unnecessary and avoidable vet bills due to the ear and skin infections my dog gets without the meds, or a reduced amount of his medication to account for delays. So consider this when thinking about the cost savings of the prescription. The prices are better, but at what cost? In my situation, it’s ended up costing way more.
warning! do not buy therethey liesto me each time i contact them about where is my item. paid for express shipping and received 10 days after, like a regular parcel. they wrote me that they will refund total but they dont refunded shipping cost at the end , cause i refuse my order it was too late. dont get fooled by their low price its was a nightmare never seen a compagny bullshitting at this point
I created an account, and placed an order. No emails were received whatsoever. Emails did not get rejected by any spam filters. They charged my credit card. Nothing shipped. I've sent an email asking for a refund. If I do not receive a response, I'm initiating a chargeback. This place needs to get their crap together. Super unprofessional/lack of any communication.
I have ordered prescription meds twice from this company. The first time took over 3 weeks. I eventually called and had a rush put on. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried again. I'm on day 8 it still hasn't shipped. They don't seem to care when you call and don't answer emails
