They have been extremely helpful in the process of working with the design I sent them, and making a 3D rendering of it for me to view and make any changes I wanted. This team is phenomenal!I had dreams of translating my 2D watercolor paintings into 3D sculptures and while I was toiling over how to make that happen, their business popped into my DMs and made the entire process easy, clear, affordable, and beautiful. I had a lot of questions, which they answered swiftly. Anything that I was hesitant about they were excellent about breaking down the steps and sharing mock ups along the way to better reference the design in pre and post production. They also created payment plans as my projects scaled with them, from 7inches to 2feet! In addition they created the 3D designs for my work which have a lot of twists and turns, and unique anatomical forms that they translated with respect to my specific aesthetic and style.At one point I was flooded by other projects and become not as responsive, but they were patient and always made sure to prioritize high quality product and communication.I love working with Phantom, and I cannot wait for the next project with them.
I'm very happy with Phantom 3D Studio I sent my 3d model to them because my 3d model wasn't really for 3d print and was not thickness. But Phatom 3D Studio team fixed my model and they sent my model multiple times until they fix my model that way I want it they have unlimited service until they make the model right I highly recommend thank you Phatom 3D Studio.
They do great work. Very fast turnaround. Willing to work with any edits needed. Price is on point and reasonable for your budget. Communication is spot in. And I can talk to them on various platforms. I've had multiple items mad from 2d to 3d and I haven't been disappointed.
From day 1 my experience with Phantom 3D Studio has been Wonderful! The whole process of getting the 3D Bust made of my Dad that recently passed away of Cancer.
