I purchased a tube of Dentemp Recap-it when it arrived I found the tube was empty, I got in touch with the customer services dept and returned it the next day , after sending photos of which they were not happy with , they couldn’t help me as they accused me of tampering with the tube and packet , one thing I am is honest it left me feeling very disappointed!!

I had a telephone consultation with Pharmacist Noreen yesterday and she was incredibly kind, thorough and reassuring. She listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and appropriately referred me back to my GP for further assessment. Thank you for the excellent care and support! 😊
