Great company to deal with! We had several elements of the ECO4 system installed at our property in Llanddulas in 2023 by PHR. Not all as the property didn't require some and other areas of the design went against our preservation of a property of historical interest. The interior did have a lot of work done, from insulation boards throughout the external walls internally to a full heating system with radiators. There was insulation rolls fitted into the upstairs attic rooms in the eves. It was one of their pilot homes, so an early example. Yes there were issues, knowledge, learning and understanding was being picked up on the job, that is what a pilot is all about. We knew in advance and yes it was inconvenient and hard work coping with the disruption but we all worked together to get the project done. The guys onsite were fabulous and nothing was too much trouble. Peter and Jordan (PHR Project Managers) ensured we had as little disruption as possible and kept in touch at all times, with regular updates and set our expectations realistically and truthfully.The aftercare has been excellent, no quibbling or wriggling, if we had a problem, PHR were only too keen to listen, help and resolve.I've given it 5 stars, some may say 4 would be fair too but they really want to do a great job and keep all their customers happy so I'm giving an extra star for 'well done' and encouragement going forward to do an even better job elsewhere...

THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! we used PHR to do a boiler service in an empty property. we had major complications with the gas meter but PHR and in particular Sam Rikett went above and beyond to help us get the gas supply sorted and the boiler service completed. I can not thank Sam enough for her time, effort and extremely high levels of customer service. She is a huge asset to PHR and is a true example of what amazing customer service should be.
