I was referred to Aaron by my doctor for a problematic Achilles problem which had been playing up for a while, plus an aching hip!On the first visit Aaron sorted out my hip by assessing my walking gate, and then recommended some insoles for my shoes Next visit was straight forward exercises to help improve the Achilles problem and week three almost back to my old self.Highly recommend Physiofit it’s sorted me out quite quickly.

My second session of physio with Aaron at PhysioFit. Both times, I'd been pretty downbeat going to the first session thinking that I had a long-term issue that would affect me for the rest of my life. Five star service. Aaron’s personal and professional approach was outstanding and very clear and precise from day one of my treatment.Five weeks ago I pulled up on my long training runs with an awful pain in my calf. Online I went and booked an appointment on the Monday with Aaron .As I met Aaron on the Monday I explained what happened and that I had the Lanzarote marathon in 4 weeks as I am one of the official pacers for the event (3:30) I expected the worst to be honest but Aaron reassured me that with the correct treatment and rehab I could be on the start line on December the 6th this was great news to hear .The confidence this gave me was great news, we started with some exercises then moved into more stretching and introduce more of this as the weeks went by and building my confidence after every session.And then built into some runs to test the calf. I have to say I can’t thank Aaron enough for his service and knowledge on my rehab because without him i would not of made it to the start line 👏.On Saturday December 6th I was on the start line with my (3:30) flag on my back ready to pace the runners round the marathon course . Without Aaron and all his experience this would not of been possible so thank you very much , and also another a thank you to you from the Lanzarote marathon pacing team for getting me on the start line and helping hundreds of runners achieve the dream of a sub 3:30 marathon.I would 100% recommend Aaron for anyone who needs any physio .Bomber
Damien I have had quite a few sessions with Aaron he was able to give me the advice I needed to overcome my injury where my pain was intensive He gave me the exercises to carry out to overcome my tennis elbow injury. These exercises worked and I am now back in action carrying out my everyday working regime.Thank you Aaron.
I saw Aaron over several months to help with recovery from a right shoulder injury. He developed a series of home exercises for me to regain strength, developing these in turn as I grew stronger and was then able to make a full return to the badminton court.
