I had a really positive experience with Aaron while suffering from shoulder pain. He gave me a clear structure with my exercises and was always encouraging. When I almost gave up, he kept trusting in me and reminded me that progress takes time — and he was right. Slowly but surely, I started to improve. I am now doing press ups, the exercise I have never believed I was able to do in the past. I’m very grateful for his support and would definitely recommend him and Physio Fit.
