I was wanting to find a real food solution for my cat and Pikko was perfect! Delivered, fresh frozen to my door! I have a small fridge so I asked if we could do it fortnightly which you guys changed - just for me! I then found that I was getting my fortnightly delivery but I ran out of pouches because it was taking 3-4 days to get to me so I switched to monthly and made more room in my fridge!
In LOVE with pikko cat food. we’ve tried lots of cat food and our girls never seem to stick to one but finally we tried pikko and our girls almost always eat it! Also the customer service is top tier ! love the ease of use and how cheap it is for 2 weeks for 2 cats! it’s perfect

Firstly I loved the delivery process. It was delivered super quietly early one morning and the box is sturdy and I loved the personalised label. It was completely frozen and packed well. I’m not keen on the individual packaging. The size of the opening makes it hard to get into my cats bowls without it making a mess so I’m having to scoop it into a large bowl then separate it for my 3 cats. My cats so far really aren’t keen but I’m persisting. I’m heating it so it isn’t cold out the fridge but there is always food left. I’ve tried smaller portions but still the same. I am having to throw out food which is disappointing. I have only ordered the fish so will try other flavours to see if this makes a difference. The customer service by email are fantastic. Attentive and fast with help.
