**ALERT FRAUD**
A transaction on my statements showed from here that I did not recognise so called my card provider and they said its a recurring transaction set up for "health and beauty products". Never heard of them.
Do not use this company. I've not used them but want to know why and how they have my details! A payment was pending on my account. I have written to them to ask why! I have not made a purchase with them!! Be careful they clearly just take money out of people's accounts!!! See other reviews.
After purchasing an item from this website, I noticed an unauthorised £22 payment taken from my account, along with an unexpected currency conversion fee. These charges were never clearly communicated or agreed to, which is unacceptable. I’ve contacted my bank to dispute the payment, check your statements if you’ve ordered from this company.
It’s a scam! I bought a razor from them and their website was made to trick you and order two instead of one. I was extremely unhappy with the quality and wanted to return these items and I am currently in an email exchange with the “customer support” who is claiming I am not eligible. Which of course is not in line with the EU law. Avoid this nonsense.
SCAM.after seeing people on tiktok gushing about an item from there shop i bought it without a second thought.2 days ago a £22.60 transaction went through my card for a 'QUEST CLOTHING' i most definatly did not make this purchase as i rarely use this card ,reported to my bank as fraudulent and waiting for a response. absolutly advoid , do not purchase they will steal your banking info
