Hello. Trying to get in touch with you via phone is impossible. There is no way of finding tracking information Tells you to go through SHOP? Not helpful at all. I’ve ordered an expensive item. Not happy. Where is it?
It says on my online order form delivery between 2 to 4 days.
I ordered a bra from a marketplace and received an invalid tracking number (it was just the letter A). I haven't heard anything since and the item I ordered on November 17 has not arrived. I also cannot reach anyone for assistance, leaving me £45 out of pocket with no item delivered.
I really appreciate the items I ordered, but I found the delivery to be slow. It was advertised as 48 hours/2 days, but it took closer to 6 days. The packaging was quite crushed as well. For items at this price point, I would expect better care.
