Order not delivered. I ordered a gift. Correct address provided. Order confirmed delivery paid for. On day of delivery when allegedly out for delivery suddenly says unable to find address. As per other recebt 1 star review phone numbers do not work, they just go straight through to a recorded message saying email instead. Emails to customer service go completely ignored and unanswered. No product delivered, no refund for product or delivery, no communication, apology or explanation.

I love Little Green Radicals so much, they are just a fantastic company. From brilliant values, to clothes of amazing quality, and the majority of their items being unisex, I've been a repeated customers via their online shop and looking for second hand Little Green Radicals on Vinted. Whether I've bought new clothes or LGR second hand, the items wear so well. I've purchased many knowing that for any future children, no matter the gender, they'll be able to reuse these clothes and they won't look like "hand me downs". I've spoken to the customer services team about a return and an out of stock item, and they've friendly and quick to answer both times.If they could just make some adult clothing now too, I'd love to match my little one in both looks and comfort!
I placed an order for clothes on 24 May with next day delivery, knowing it was a bank holiday weekend, so I expected the order to arrive by Tuesday. I received no dispatch confirmation, and when I tried to contact customer service, none of my calls went through. I emailed and was told there had been a warehouse error, and my order had only just been dispatched.They sent me a tracking number with no courier info, so I had to waste more time figuring out who had my parcel. By Thursday, the courier still hadn’t received it, and I had to chase the seller again. No one would answer the phone, and emails went ignored. When I finally got a response, I was told there were now courier issues and that delivery would be delayed another 1–3 working days.At that point, I requested a cancellation. No confirmation — nothing. I only knew the parcel was being returned because I checked with the courier myself. The seller did not update me until 4 days later, when they did apologise.To be clear, I actually really like the brand’s eco-friendly values and that their clothes are made from organic cotton. That’s one of the reasons I chose to shop with them in the first place. But if you’re going to offer next day delivery, you need to deliver on that promise — and when things go wrong, your customer service should be there to support.The combination of failed delivery and poor communication is not just frustrating — it’s completely unacceptable. This ordeal caused me stress, wasted time, and ruined a special occasion I had planned for.Frankly, it’s insulting to treat customers like this. Avoid this company unless you’re happy to be ignored and disappointed.
